Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM GMT+08:00
Shipping Fees & Estimates
- We ship nationwide.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping for orders above Php10,000.00
- Standard Nationwide Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days via our partner carriers (J&T Express, Lalamove, or similar). Transit times are estimates and may be delayed due to logistics, public holidays, or force majeure.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the Philippines. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
