Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
Exceptions
The following products are non-returnable items:
- Change of Mind: Return due to a change of mind is not allowed.
- Downloadable software products
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: Purok Vipatil, Magugpo West, Tagum City 8100 Davao del Norte
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donβt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (GCash, Maya, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer) within 7-14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you havenβt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
